Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we refund every cent. It's that simple.

30-day guarantee

  • Applies to all plans: Seed, Warrior and Diamond
  • The 30-day period counts from the date of your first payment (not from the start of the trial)
  • No mandatory questions โ€” the reason is optional
  • The refund is 100% of the last charge processed
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days after day 30

7-day trial period

  • The 7-day trial is completely free
  • No charge is made during the trial period
  • If you cancel before day 7, you are not charged anything
  • If you do not cancel, the subscription activates automatically on day 8

How to request your refund

From the portal: Go to your portal โ†’ "30-day guarantee" section in the menu โ†’ fill out the form. It's the fastest method.

By email: Write to hola@yayika.com with the subject "Refund request" from the email you registered with.

Processing: You will receive confirmation within 24 hours. The money returns to your payment method in 3-5 business days.

Access: When the refund is processed, your portal access is cancelled. Your progress is saved for 60 days in case you change your mind.

Pause option

Before requesting a refund, consider pausing your membership:

  • Available once per calendar year
  • 30-day pause at no cost โ€” you are not charged that month
  • Your streak, badges and progress are kept
  • You can reactivate whenever you want

To pause: portal โ†’ "30-day guarantee" โ†’ select "Pause my membership".

Chargebacks and disputes

If you open a dispute with your bank or Stripe without contacting us first, the process can take up to 90 days and may result in the permanent cancellation of your account with no possibility of reactivation. We always recommend contacting us first โ€” we resolve 100% of cases in under 24 hours.

Unwanted renewals

If a renewal charge was processed and you did not want to continue, contact us within the first 5 days of the charge. We will refund that charge in full as a courtesy, once per year.
